Straight answers about how your data will be handled.
You approve access from inside Mindbody, and QuickBooks uses Intuit's official sign-in (OAuth) screen, so we never see or store your passwords. Data will be encrypted in transit and at rest. You can remove access at any time, and we'll delete your data on request.
Only read. It reads sales, payments and refunds so it can build your entries. It never changes clients, schedules, memberships or prices, and it can't charge anyone.
No. The entries we post are daily totals by category and location, so individual client names stay in Mindbody. We will never sell client data or use it for marketing.
Yes. Mindbody approves the integrations that connect to it, and each studio approves access for its own account. We'll finish that before early access opens.
